Happy January from Enneagram Life! ❄
A new podcast episode, FAQs, a new website & gentleness in beginning a new year.
Happy January from Enneagram Life!
Today the Enneagram + Marriage podcast dropped their newest episode and we’re so excited for you to listen, as Elisabeth shares some her wisdom about emotions and the Enneagram.
Here’s the synopsis of the episode, Handling Our Emotions in Life & Marriage with Elisabeth Bennett:
Over time in our relationships, we absolutely must be able to go deep into the recesses of both joy and grief in life and marriage. Christa is joined by author Elisabeth Bennett of Enneagram Life, as she talks about all things emotions for every type, the 4-1 pairing and her popular Enneagram devotional series. Elisabeth shares invaluable tips from the contemplative and open-hearted 4w5 perspective as we walk through both grieving well and stepping back into life with love and joy.

If you’re like me, you appreciate having someone else’s script to use when you come against a question you’re not sure how to answer. And there certainly can be plenty of questions that people have when they hear about the Enneagram. Enneagram Life’s current series is all about responding to FAQs of the Enneagram. We hope they serve you as you continue to use this tool.
Here are the questions that have been answered so far:
I’ve been really hurt by people assuming things about me because of my Enneagram type.
There are so many Enneagram teachers/styles, which is yours?
I heard that the Enneagram has occult origins and Christians shouldn’t use it?
We’re so glad to be starting off the year with a beautiful new website. This is where you can find all of Enneagram Life’s resources in one place. Whether you’re looking for information about our coaching course, scheduling a coaching session with Elisabeth, learning more about our books and Etsy shop or downloading our Parental Orientation guide, these can all be found on our website.
Perhaps the start of the new year didn’t start the way you would have hoped. There can be so much pressure to begin January with new goals and intentions. But there’s certainly nothing magical about January 1.
If you find yourself wanting to begin something, even now, perhaps picking up one of our devotionals could be a gentle way to be intentional. Each devotional covers 60 days, but isn’t dated. You can begin at any time, and go as slowly as you need to. Or maybe you’d like the support of others doing this growth work with you. Our study guide is for any combination of numbers walking through their own devotional, but together. I hope you hear the kindness and gentle encouragement in these pages, if you do pick up the devotional for your number, or even your wing.
Take care,
Alison
